After Rolls bought Bentley in the '30s, W.O. Bentley went to Lagonda to work there. I've always wanted to drive one of these things, like this 4.5l four-seater.

those rolls-era bentleys don't do too much for me, but I sorta feel like the Bentley Boys feel extended to Lagonda for a little while.

yeah, rolls bought bentley in '31 and started building bentley chassis in '33, unless I'm mistaken.

That Lagonda is filthy dirty car pr0n, of course (more please!), but there's nothing wrong with a nice Derby Bentley.

A proper W.O. Bentley, like any race car, is a tool for winning races. It's going to be marginal at anything else, because that's not what it's for. A sports saloon like this 3 1/2 litre Park Ward, on the other hand, can move your family, as well as allow you to enjoy the act of driving purely for the sake of it...
